Nebuchadnezzar praises God
Daniel 4:34 And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I praised and honoured him that liveth for ever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation:
Nebuchadnezzar was the greatest king of the Chaldean dynasty of Babylonia. He conquered Syria and Palestine and made Babylon a splendid city. He destroyed the Temple of Jerusalem and initiated the Babylonian Captivity of the Jewish population which include Daniel
Though he was a victim of his own misguided character after he was made to eat grass for seven years for giving glory to himself instead of God.
God's mercy was poured put upon the humbled long. Kings and rulers come to their senses only when they realize that God is in control of all things.
Nevertheless, King Nebuchadnezzar wouldn't have come to his senses if Daniel, God's agent of change had not stand out among the youth taken captive believing and representing God of Abraham.
His fearless confidence and faith in God became a tool in the hand of Jehovah by showcasing his supremacy over the gentile King.
Daniel stood for God, and a king who has never recognises God became humble by the supremacy of the creator.
In every generation God establish men who will stand for him in other to change a wicked system frustrating the life of the Saint, Daniel and his three friends were God's representative in the Babylonian captivity. They didn't disappoint God.
As God's representative today, he has placed you in the affairs of government, authority, economy, among others in other to enforce the character of God in every system, but you have disappointed God. The reason many unbelievers are yet to turn to God is because of your insicent wicked attitude and behaviour among men.
People cry to God daily for a change, they cry for a messiah, but you that suppose to be the answer to their prayer has become corrupted by the system.
There are many Nebuchadnezzar that would have been praising God today after God must have dealt with them through your unfailing and unwavering faith, but it was never so.
Check yourself today, and see where you have failed God.
It is not too late to come back to God, else, you will be replaced and be rejected by God.
