Christ; Our Burden Bearer

Isaiah  53:4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.

Through sin, man became a burden career, the burden was so great that no being can deliver man from this pain and agony. at first, the blood of the lamb was provided for the remission of our sins, yet, it could not totally wipe away man's sin and free man frome the burden of eternal damnation.

But Christ came to this world as the promise of the father out of love, to die for all our sins. His life was an expression of God's grace and mercy towards men.

Christ became our burden bearer, through the love of God, he took away our sorrow and gave us a life to live.

He carried the yoke of curse and affliction upon himself.
Genesis  3:16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.  3:17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

He bear  the burden of sickness and disease, by his stripes, we became healed of all our infirmities.
Isaiah  53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

He bear  the burden of shame and reproach...
After sin, man could not approach God due to shame
Genesis  3:9 And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?  3:10 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.

But the death of Christ on the  cross of calvary gave us the privilege to come before the father.
Ephesians  2:18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.  2:19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;

Christ became our burden bearer because he loved us just as the father loved us, he also was without sin, full of righteousness and grace.
