Divine providence
1 Peter 5:6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.
God is the creator of heaven and earth, and everything that occurs in the universe takes place under Divine Providence — that is, under God’s sovereign guidance and control. Because God governs creation as a loving father, working all things for good.
Even though in this process of His sovereign guidance, man tends to obstruct His plan, purpose and objective due to sin and self will... Yet He always find a way to bring man back into His divine providence in His love.
God is not a wicked father but the stubbornness of man has brought evil and suffering upon man right from creation to this generation.
God gives wisdom to benefit man, natural resources for man's living, food for growth, herbs for food and healing, among others... God has always been our providence and we have always been in His Divine plan and purpose.
The children of Israel while coming from the land of slavery couldn't have survived for forty years through the journey, imagine how much food can feed more than a million souls, but God's divine providence was activated upon their life.
When they needed food in a desert, God provided mannar from heaven,... The food meant for the angels...
When they needed water, God brought out water from the rock...
When there was no way to go, when they got to a dead end... God made a way through the red sea.
Even though the promise land was already occupied, but He grant them victory and make them settled their has He had first promised.
God in all areas of life.
What are you trusting God for today?
Is it wisdom, knowledge and understanding?... Remember James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him... If he did it for king Solomon, Daniel and the three Hebrews, then He can do it for you.
Is it the fruit of the womb you want from God?, remember Hannah, and Sarah, even though their time had passed as a woman, but God remembered them in His mercy.
Are you thirsty for divine enlargement and prosperity? Remember Abram, He was very rich in livestock, silver and in gold... But after he had obeyed God's instruction... Genesis 13:2
Are you longing for position of power, or political position.... Remember King David, remember Joseph, remember Daniel... These were men who rise into power through the mighty hand of God.. And they didn't compromise their faith... With God nothing is impossible.
Whatever you want today... God is your divine providence, as long as you cooperate with Him, He will make all His plans fall in place in your life.
Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: Casting all your care upon him; for he cares for you. (1peter 5:6-7)
Save yourself the struggle of life by surrendering your will to God.
