There will be no Excuse
John 15:22 “They would not be guilty if I had not come and spoken to them. But now they have no excuse for their sin.
The Gospel of Jesus Christ is an open invitation to new life in God, and an assurance of living eternally in peace and joy with Him.
But on several occasions people have rejected this offer of peace in God, it has been despised and even the messengers are sometimes murdered in the cause of preaching the good news.
The good news is a free offer of God himself towards all mankind irrespective of colour, race or language... Before the great tribulation that will besiege the whole world.
Many thought it's a joke, many believe it's a lie, many lost their hope of His second coming because it had taken too long thereby continue in their sin and wicked ways.
In John 15:21 through 22, Jesus was speaking to His disciples of the latter persecution that the world will meted on them because of preaching the good news... He charged them never to be afraid and that the word which they have heard will defiantly stand against them in judgment.
Where there is no law there is no sin, where there is no warning, there is no punishment... The Goodnews has been preached on several occasions from the days of the apostles till today through several means like the TV, radio, tracts, on social medial and many more..
Many ministers of the gospel has been raised, those in your local language and foreign, charismatic and dramatic, story tellers and funny ones, all for the purpose you can be saved.
But how well have you responded to the invitations of God?, how have you changed from your wicked ways?, how are you living the righteous life God wanted you to live.
On the day of judgment, there will never be an excuse, you will never say you didn't hear the word or it was not preached to you.
Matthew 24:1 And the Good News about the Kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, so that all nations will hear it, and then, finally, the end will come.
The word is coming out to you again, accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and personal saviour, change from your wicked ways and take on the life of righteousness... Because on that day, there will never be an excuse.
If you are making a decision today, say after me..
"Lord, I thank you for this great opportunity, thank you for stretching your hand of salvation to me. I confess all my sins, forgive me Lord. I accept you as my Lord and saviour today, take over my life. Help me to live righteously, and when you shall come, let me reign with you in Jesus Christ name. Amen"
If you have known Christ before but found yourself in sin... Confess your sins and forsake them. Begin to walk in the newness of His grace.
