Moral Decadence and Spiritual Sensitivity
2 Timothy 3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
Moral decadence is the decline, decay and profligate in the moral values of individuals and society at large, this generation is no doubt witnessing the perilous time the bible prophesied about and even the church is not exempted.
Apostle Paul warned his son in the Lord to be conscious and sensitive to the happenings that will be witnessed during the last days
Some of the incidence that will manifest includes the following..
2 Timothy 3:2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3:3 Without natural affection, truce breakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
3:4 Traitors, heady, high minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
If not all, many of these has been parading the society and finding its place in the heart of man, even the church has opened its arms to embrace this immorality in the name of fashion, social improvement and civilisation.
The sad thing about this is children and teenagers are the prime targets... Many teenagers now engages in all forms or immoralities, many are being recruited to be terrorist and many more.
We are warned to be spiritually sensitive, so as not be carried away by the devices of the devil parading itself as righteousness.
Dina the daughter of leah wouldn't have been a victim of being deified if she had not went down to see the daughters of the land.... Genesis 34:1 And Dinah the daughter of Leah, which she bare unto Jacob, went out to see the daughters of the land.
She must have longed to be associated with fellow maidens, but she never know that could cost her what she would never be willing to give out
Apostle Paul stressed further.. 2 Timothy 3:13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
3:14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them; 3:15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
To be free and able to save the next generation from this moral Decadence is to be more spiritually sensitive
Teaching and growing in the scripture and praying earnestly is a sure way not to fall into the immoralities that flies around
Many parents have neglected the parenting care due to their children, leaving them in the hands of predators who teaches immoralities and turn their hearts away from godliness and righteousness.
The truth remains that moral Decadence will continue to grow, as the world becomes more civilised, but the task has been given to you to guide your hearts, your children and family against such.
Always remember the prayer of Jesus Christ.... John 17:15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. 17:16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
You are not of the world, alway be spiritually sensitive.

1. Lord, thank you for the blessing of today in Jesus Christ name.
2. Lord, help me to be spiritually sensitive in Jesus Christ name.
3. Lord, guide our hearts from all forms of immoralities that may appear as godliness in Jesus Christ name.
