Your Mindset

Ephesians  4:23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;

A man's mindset is a  way of thinking; an attitude or opinion, especially which has become an habitual one. 

Our mindset is a key towards our advancement in the spirit or our declination in God's move in us. 

We may claim to have faith in God, but it is our mindset that determines if our faith is  healthy enough to receive God's promises or not.

Many people missed God's blessings and move in their life because of their negative mindset towards God's word, we may confess positivity, but does our mind come in agreement with our mouth?
 Many  others create enmity and hatred towards one another because of their mindset.

Nathaniel in John 1:46 had a negative mindset towards the city of Nazareth, for He said.. John  1:46 And Nathanael said unto him, Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth? Philip saith unto him, Come and see. 

Though Nazareth may be a small city of the nation of Israel which could be void of social and infrastructural amenities, so Nathaniel concluded the saviour of the whole world which was prophesied by the prophets of old can never come out of the little Nazareth. 

Don't be like the Nathaniel, you may have thought in your heart no good thing can ever come out of you again, even though you pray but your mind says otherwise, you confessed your faith with your mouth but your mind is far away from receiving  from God. 

Are you the type that have a negative mindset towards another person just like Nathaniel? You have concluded in your heart no good thing can come out of them, because of their humble begining and their early struggle..  The truth is, whatever you think about people is exactly what your life will experience. You can't have a negative mindset towards success and expect success in your life. 

The thief nailed with Christ had a positive mindset toward Jesus Christ as being an innocent man and the saviour of the world, unlike the second thief... His positive mindset gave him a direct visa to paradise. 

Ephesians  4:23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;
Let the Holy spirit work in you, let it  set ablaze every negative thinking withing you, so your total spirit man can grow to maturity in Christ Jesus. 

Your mindset will determine your growth in God, it will determine your success in life, it will determine your relationship among people. 
Always have a good mindset towards God's word, your life and people around... Only then can positivity comes your way.
