The Danger of Spiritual Portals
1 John 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 4:2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:
The spirit realm is the world or realm inhabited by spirits, both good or evil of various spiritual manifestations. Whereas religion regards an inner life, the spirit world is regarded as an external environment for spirits.
Spiritual portals are channels that opened the communication link between the earth world and the spirit realm.
Fasting and praying, denials of flesh, and hunger for and sacrifice brings man into the spirit realm. The spirit realm is not only controlled by the spirit of God. The devil and other Fallen angels also operate in the spirit
Operating in the spirit realm requires sacrifices... For the children of God, Christ has been given as the only sacrifice that opened the portal to God, other portals opened leads to the devil and sacrifices are demanded from man.
A believer in Christ must be conscious of any spirit than speaks, weather it is of God or from the devil... As we have prophets of God, so also we have the prophets of the devil who also see things as they are but will deceitfully manipulate the mind of man against the will of God.
The portals of the prophets... Vision seeing
Acts 16:16 And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying: 16:17 The same followed Paul and us, and cried, saying, These men are the servants of the most high God, which shew unto us the way of salvation.
It is stated here that this slave girl has a spirit of divination, fortune telling, the ability to see the future of a man, and the gift of telling what a man is without asking questions.. She has a spirit withing her which is not from God... Therefore she was a false prophetess...
She was owned by certain wicked men who greedily used her supposed ability to speak falsely for their own profit.
When the evangelists, Paul, Silas, Timothy and Luke, were on their way to prayer, they were met by this slave girl, for some reason, she proclaimed to all that these men were the servant of the most high God who proclaimed the way of salvation.
Her prophecy and divination was true, and if the evangelist were not filled with the Holy spirit, they would have celebrated her and even humble themselves before her ministry in other to know more...
But Paul recognised this was not from God, he cast the spirit out of her, and immediately, the spirit came out of her... This confirmed that at the mention of the name of Jesus Christ, every other spirit must bow, both in heaven, on earth and beneath the earth. Philippians 2:9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 2:10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 2:11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Many young enthusiastic believers and ministers of God today thirst eagerly to operate in the spirit realm especially for the office of a prophet of apostle , but if not guided, the portals of their spirit will be opened to the operations of the devilish spirit and demons.
Not everyone that prophesies correctly is from God, or received from God,
Test every spirit if they are of God...

Apostle john admonished every believer to test every spirit, as not all spirit that's speaks is the spirit of God. There are many false prophets giving false prophesies, there are many false teachers giving unbiblical and ungodly rhema which gradually changes the mindsets of people and manipulating the truth against the original teachings of Christ Jesus. Many has been enslaved in the teachings of demons unknowingly.
How will you test the spirit if you are not rooted in the word and the spirit of God? In addition, Through the miraculous gift of discerning of spirits, one could determine whether one was teaching or prophesying the truth.
This is the end time, there are many teachers, prophets and apostles who claimed to carry the good news... Don't be quick to believe, test everyone with the word of God and the spirit of God no matter the level of their acclaimed anointing. Because many are operating through the spiritual portal that leads to the devil.
May you not be enslaved with lies thinking it is the truth.
