Trust in the Lord

Proverbs  3:5 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

To trust means to rely on another person because you feel safe with them and have confidence that they will not hurt or violate you.

Today, trust seems scars and becoming extinct among men, No longer can we shake hands and make a deal and be sure it will stand.

Politicians make promises that we, most of the time, doubt seriously. Even when brides and grooms say, “I do,” they don’t.

People will say, “Oh, yes, I’ll be there,” and are late, or never show, and then don’t call. Children are told, “I’ll play with you,” only to have their hopes dashed to be at  another event.

It’s no wonder we have a problem with trust in our society, trusting people has always been a kind of  a problem, but with God it should be different. Even though many of us seems not to trust God enough but forgetting that this is the same God who opened the Red Sea and closed it at His will.

This is the same God who spoke and the first-born of all of Egypt died. This is the same God who caused the rains come and the fountains of the ocean break up in order to destroy the whole earth.

This is the same God who caused the sun not to set for three days. Those statements and others about our God are all true.

True trust in God means trusting in the POWER OF GOD.
Seeing and reading all the mighty things God has done and still doing would increase our faith in Him that we can trust him no matter what we face in life.

Believing in a powerful God causes us to pray with conviction, James says, "You do not have, because you do not ask God. 3 When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures." (James 4:2-3 NIV)
Jesus said, "If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer."" (Matthew 21:22 NIV)

True trust means trusting a GOD YOU CANNOT See, with your own eyes. Even though we could not see nor touch him, but we have a great conviction of His existence and the assurance that  He speaks to us in different ways

When the system of the world fails and still failing, only God never fails.  In Him alone we can put all our trust and never get disappointed.

Trust in God will the whole of your heart, for whatever you are going through, He alone can keep His words. You can trust in with your future, marriage, career, family etc.

Only God exist in the past, present and will still exist when the world will seize to exist. Trust in Him and never lean on your own understanding.

God bless you.
