Faith

James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. 1:6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.

Faith is a strong belief in the doctrines of a religion, based on spiritual conviction rather than proof.

It takes faith to believe in Christ; it takes faith to believe that what God says is always right and true; and it takes faith to trust and walk in that each and every day. However, if your faith doesn’t continue to grow in your relationship with Christ, you won’t have the faith to see God’s Kingdom come not only in your life, but in the lives of those around you.

Whatever faith you have inside of you will determine the outcome of the faith level you’ll have for God at work around you. If you don’t have faith for God to move, there’s a good chance you won’t be looking for anything to take place.

When we read all through the Gospels we see how Jesus loved and always responded to anyone that had faith. He loved it when people place their full trust in God. (Matthew 8:5-13).

Hebrews 4:16 speaks that we should have confidence; which actually means faith to approach God’s throne of grace. Saying you believe is one thing.

Abraham was already an old man when God brought him outside and said to Him, “Look now toward the heaven, and count the stars if you are able to number them. So shall your descendants be.” Genesis 15:5.

Abraham believed God’s promise, even though naturally speaking, it was impossible. Abraham and his wife Sarah were long past child-bearing years and they had no children.

Abraham’s faith in God was tested with this promise, to see if he would take God at His word, no matter what his reasoning told him. Abraham did not waver in his faith, and God kept his promise (Romans 4:20). Sarah gave birth to a baby boy, and they named their son Isaac, as God instructed them.

It is only by faith you can receive from God, in God's system of answering prayers, "believing is seeing" , and not "seeing is believing" . Our prayers can only be answered if we have faith enough.

Considering the woman with the flow of blood.

She had been with the flow of blood for the past twelve years with no solution, she had been to physicians, doctors, native doctors, she had climbed mountains and even birth in the river, she has spent all she have, being deceived by those who promised her solution, but she always got disappointed and her problem remain the same. Just like you.

But one day, she decided to meet Jesus Christ, the real miracle worker, she had heard of the wonders He has done... She didn't seek to look at the face of Jesus, nor to be identified by the disciples... But she activated faith in her heart that by touching His garment, she will be made clean... And it was so.

Whatever you lack today, ask with faith without wavering or grumbling, and it shall be granted unto you.

God bless you.
