The works of Satan
John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
Satan the old serpent is the advisory of God's people, He work against all that is good and right in order to bring into destruction the works of God.
Every thing that ever existed and will ever exist were made by the divine wisdom of God, and Satan is on the quest to destroy it, especially humans that were made in the likeness and image of God.
He started by deceiving the first humans, and brought sin into the world, this led to the destruction of any who follow suit in the act of sin.
In other to stay guided from the deceit of Satan, a believer must be conscious of his works around.
1. He Tempts
Matthew 4:1 Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.
The very first thing Satan does in the life of any believer is to tempt the person to sin... he has no power or dominion over anyone who has identified him/herself with God, but he only draw a man's attention from God to sin.. And when man falls into such temptation, he becomes the sole administrator of such life..
He tempted Eve to eat the forbidden fruit, gave a false conviction that they will not surly die but they will have the understanding of good and evil...
He tempted Jesus Christ after He fasted for forty days and night, but Christ gave him the best responses which makes him defeated.
The same thing he does today with anyone who entertains Satan's petty talks.
2. He Ensnares
2 Timothy 2:26 And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.
The temptations of Satan is a trap set in other to capture the soul... Once man fall into such temptation, the soul becomes ensnared by the devil and he won't release it until he delivers it into hell except there is a redemption.
3. He devours
1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
Satan is never a nice slave master, once he arrest a believer, he will devour your peace, your life in Christ and your soul in hell... Apostle Peter warns everyone to be vigilant and be conscious of the Satan's devices so as not to be devoured.
Satan will never stop to manifest his works around you no matter your level of anointing, it is you that must be vigilant and be conscious of him and his deceit which will be presented as the truth and light.
Guard yourself and heart with the true word of God and the testimony of our Lord Jesus Christ on the cross of calvary... By this, satan will stay off track from you.
Do not give the devil the attention in your life... Your conversation may lead to an unavoidable regret both in life and eternity.
