Proverbs 11:2 When pride cometh, then cometh shame:
but with the lowly is wisdom.
what do you have
that nobody has not gotten before?
what level are u
now, that nobody has not gone beyond?
what do
you, that now makes you to raise your
shoulder as if you are the best which makes you underestimate others?,
Hear what the proverb says. :::
*Everyone who is
arrogant in heart is an abomination to the Lord; be assured, he will not go
unpunished.*
One's pride will
bring him low, but he who is lowly in spirit will obtain honor.
Pride goes
before destruction, and a haughty spirit
before a fall.
*For if anyone
thinks he is something, when he is nothing, he deceives himself.*
*Do you see a
man who is wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him.*
Let another
praise you, and not your own mouth; a
stranger, and
not your own
lips.
But he gives
more grace. Therefore it says, “God
opposes the
proud, but gives grace to the
humble.”
