The Fall of the Mighty

1 Samuel  16:14 But the Spirit of the LORD departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the LORD troubled him.

Saul was the son of kish, a Benjamite, and a mighty man. The choice of God as king for Israel.

But He failed God.

The fall of this mighty man is nothing but lack of trust in and obedience to God, his commander -in-chief, and lack of self confidence as God's sent man...

..that you are God's favourite today doesn't mean you cannot be replaced when you misbehave

*Listen to God, Remember what He has said. Act on His word in spite of challenges. misgivings,  etc.  Then you will  never be replaced.*
