If the Lord will... It will happen
James 4:13 Go to now, ye that say, To day or to
morrow we will go into such a city, and continue there a year, and buy and
sell, and get gain: *4:14 Whereas ye
know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a
vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. *4:15 For that ye ought to say, If the Lord
will, we shall live, and do this, or that.*
Each time I look
forward to the year 2020, I always remember one of Nigerian president who emphasized so much about vision 20:2020 in his 7 point agenda, but lo
and behold, he could not live pass
2years.
In same
view, everyone of us always plan for the
future (which is very good), like getting married next year, achieving educational excellence in the
following year, traveling, planing for 30, 40 years to come.
But sadly not
everyone of us ever live to accomplish all these plans, because we don't own
our life, only God does.
As much as we
thought we could plan, just suddenly
sickness and death will set in.
*It is always
good to say, if only God wish,... All my plans will come to pass*
Only if God wish, then you can live up to the years you planned
for.
*Always
acknowledge God in all your plans, don't
be like a rich fool (Luke 12:20)*
If the Lord
will, you will accomplish all your plans
in coming years.
*Don't ever
leave God out of your plans*.
