While man sleep
Matthew 13:25 But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.
Sleep is a natural state of rest for any being, Every normal person must engage in physical sleep to allow the body rest in order to be alive, and also to enable the body to be in constant continuous growth.
On the other hand, there is the spiritual sleep, this the state of a spiritual person of not being conscious of the devices of the devil and his agents around him.
This is the most dangerous stage of any believer, because that is the center point the devil is waiting for to strike, because he knows such believer has loosen guard.
During the physical sleep, man seize to feel anything around him, almost all the sense organs will be at rest or hibernation, so also is the spiritual sleep, when a believer is asleep, there will be break in the communication link with God, such fellow will lack divine revelations
If Samson had known he would be disconnected from God that day, he wouldn't have fallen into the sleep of lust of the flesh. Satan crept in through delilah and his powers were taken away from him. When you life becomes subjected to sin, you are sleeping already.
Your sleep may be in your time of comfort, you have gotten what you asked from God, your prayers were answered but you stop the spiritual activities you use to do. It now becomes a burden for you to fast as before, to pray becomes stressful, to fellowship with brethren becomes time consuming... You are already asleep.
Your spiritual consciousness becomes dead, no wonder the arrow the devil shot against you easily penetrate into your life, now you are to totally down.
It is time to wake from sleep, reignite the fire on your altar again, and let your communication with God be rebuilt.
You will continue to experience the attacks of the enemy if you refuse to wake up from your slumber. Wake up
