Don't be carried away by the raging of the Storm

Exodus  14:13 And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.  14:14 The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.

There are times in our life when the problem that comes our way will look so big and our faith so small, all our expectations seems cut short and the hope of getting help becomes withered.

The children of Israel experience this, they were sore afraid seeing the red sea before them, and the Egyptian solders behind, no where to turn to either the right or the left, for there were mountains.

But the word of the Lord came to moses, a word of hope, courage, power and victory...

In the most difficult situation of life victory came, when they thought they have reached a dead end, God makes a way out of nowhere.

No problem, storms of life or  challenges gets God unaware, He knows and understand every situations we may find ourselves and knows how to save us from them all.

The disciples of Christ were in the same situation on  the sea  as the children of Israel, after the ministration of that day, Christ beckoned they depart to another town through the sea. At the middle of their journey, the storm came, and troubled the ship so much that the disciples were afraid to die. Yet Christ was sleeping.

Mark  4:37 And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full.  4:38 And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish?

Christ was not bothered about the storm, He was fast asleep, how can the spiritual be bothered by the raging of the natural, how can the potter be bothered by the threat of the clay.

The disciples who were sore afraid came to wake him up, even while not being afraid stood up with confidence and rebuked the storm and calm the see.

What if Christ was not in the ship? The disciples would have been dead before the real death even comes. The devil always fill our heart will fear so as to robb us off the faith in God that resides in us. Today the word of the Lord says, don't be carried away by the ragging of the  storm.

1 Corinthians  10:13 There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

Storms can come in the form of temptations, trails and attacks from the devil, yet God is faithful to deliver us from all, if our faith remains strong in Him.

Today, Christ is not with us in the physical body to rebuke the storm as He did with the disciples, but He should live in you. As long as you have faith in Him, don't be carried away by the raging of the storm, be confidence and courageous, Jesus Christ that lives in you is powerful to rebuke the storm and calm the troubled sea of your life.

You may have prayed and it seems the problem became increased, you may have been to many crusades and deliverance centers, yet it seems there is no deliverance, don't be to quick to give up, Christ is right by your side to help and deliver you.

Don't breakdown before your breakthrough
Don't die before your deliverance
Don't surrender to the storm of life, before your salvation.
Because The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.

God bless you.
