The Gifted Rebel

Numbers 16:1-50

Numbers  16:1 Now Korah, the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, and Dathan and Abiram, the sons of Eliab, and On, the son of Peleth, sons of Reuben, took men:  16:2 And they rose up before Moses, with certain of the children of Israel, two hundred and fifty princes of the assembly, famous in the congregation, men of renown:

To rebel is to organise or to  rise in opposition or armed resistance against an established government or leader A rebel is a person who resists or defies rules or norms or rises up against the powers that be. In its more serious sense, a rebel is a revolutionary trying to overthrow a government

Rebellion is an everyday act which  is evident in most countries, and the body of Christ is not left behind

Devil was the  initiator, the inventor of rebellion, he rebelled against God his creator, he purposed in his heart to raise his throne higher than God, in other words, he can do better than what  God has/is doing.

Rebellion always start with  one person having a thought of the heart, then gathers people to himself, renowned and influential, for the purpose to form a strong resistance against the present government or group.

Korah, of the clan of Levi rise against moses, he took men of valor with himself, men and women of great influence among the children of Israel, princes and renowned men,  he was so powerful that he was able to gather about two hundred and fifty from the Royal Houses, together with other men and women.

This could be likened to the present day wealthy men, children of godfathers, children of highly reputable politicians, great artist, etc... With a group of people of this caliber, it will be very difficult to defeat whatever they oppose.

They gather against moses in other to overthrow him, they were not in agreement to that fact that God was using him for the children of israelite, despite several miracles, signs and wonders God worked through him... Just as Devil was defeat and cast out from heaven, God did the same thing, they were all defeated and cast beneath the earth.

People like Korah today are the gifted rebel we have in our  churches.

Rebellion is the instrument Satan is using against the church at this perilous time

There are advance ways the devil has been fighting against the body of Christ(Church) using those who are in the church, in position, men and women of influence, causing them all to rebel in a positive mind to caution some wrongs or implement some good ideas, but at the long run, the devil begin to show them next level of power, position and opportunities, gradually they begin to backstab the minister in charge.

A gifted rebel is never submissive to any authority

They are never humble

They have a haughty (they are of pride look:I can do better) heart and desire

They even device wicked imagination to work against leaders of authorities indirectly

They know and understand what is wrong, but will never proffer solution.

The devil always make them to be more important than others in their own sight

He will allow them to see the grace and anointing placed upon their life but he will never allow them to see or know they are falling gradually.

Many gifted Brethren today that moved out of their mother church to set up their own ministry were not actually directed by God, some are born out of rebellion... Rebellion against the minister-in-charge.

Some gifted rebel on the church will never subscribe to the spiritual growth of the church,

Some gifted rebels are in position like the church patron, choir/music leaders, women leaders, young prophet/evangelist etc

The latter we have is the social media gifted rebels, they speak against ministers of God, not for the purpose of raising constructive criticism, but in other to destroy the image of the said minister...

Staying under the the message of a "true minister of God" you speak against is a cause and invitation of God's wrath upon your life.

Are your not the gift rebel in your church?, are you not the reason the spirit of God is not moving as he should?, are you not the reason your minster weeps and cry in agony questioning his calling before God?

For your end not to be like thet of Korah, Dathan, and Abiram, repent now...

God bless you
