You need People

1 Chronicles  12:22 For at that time day by day there came to David to help him, until it was a great host, like the host of God.

The glory of a king lies in the vastness of his kingdom and subjects. No king can survive alone. You actually need people around you to be able to actualise your God-given dream.

Have you ever seen a king who conducted his coronation by himself? Or can a president preside over his swearing-in ceremony? You can't be fulfilled alone. You need some people to announce your arrival. Pharaoh announced and decorated Joseph.

1 Chronicles 12:22 shows how God knitted the heart of people with David's. They eventually became the wheel of his progress, and his stairs to reach the top.

However, some people are in the habit of conspiring with people to get to the top at the expense of God. They use and dump those who fast track their rising to stardom. They don't last. Some people ought to have risen beyond their present levels, but for their attitudinal deficiencies and behavioural flaws.

Search yourself, are you suffering from inferiority or superiority complex?, check to see if you are the touchy type. Are you friendly?, how accessible and approachable are you? Only someone who extort others  would think only of what he can get from people and not what he can deposit in them. 

Great people invest their time and other resources in developing others. Have respect for people God connects you with. May you not lack substantial people, who will be of great benefit to your life, home, and ministry, in Jesus Christ name. 

Do not maltreat people. Rather, invest in them, such investment yields high returns.
