You reap what you sow

Galatians 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. 6:8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

Men may deceive themselves, but no one can deceive God who is all knowing. If one sows to spiritual things, he will reap from such. If he sows to the flesh, he will reap what the flesh produces.

Our actions towards fellow humans and God has a definite result coming back to us. If we maintain the righteousness and holiness of God in our life with respect to our conduct before him, we will reap the reward of our actions from him, and if otherwise, the same comes back to us.

every action we take has a consequence. If we plant seeds of kindness, we will reap a harvest of kindness in return. If we plant seeds of hatred and cruelty, we will reap a harvest of pain and suffering.

It's important for us to recognize that we have control over what we sow. We can choose to be kind and compassionate to others, or we can choose to be selfish and hurtful. The choice is ours.

But we must also remember that we will reap what we sow in due time. We may not see the consequences of our actions immediately, but they will come. And when they do, we must be prepared to face them.

Sometimes we may feel like we're not getting the results we want in life. We may feel like we're working hard, but not seeing any progress. But we must remember that the seeds we plant take time to grow. We cannot expect to sow a seed today and reap a harvest tomorrow. We must be patient and trust in the process.

And when we do reap the harvest of our actions, we must be willing to take responsibility for them. We cannot blame others for our mistakes or the consequences of our actions. We must own up to them and learn from them.

So I urge you to consider the seeds you are planting in your life. Are they seeds of kindness, love, and compassion? Or are they seeds of hatred, anger, and selfishness? Remember that you will reap what you sow, so choose your actions wisely.

God bless you.
