The great helper in time of needs

Isaiah 41:14 Fear not, thou worm Jacob, and ye men of Israel; I will help thee, saith the LORD, and thy redeemer, the Holy One of Israel.

This world has been filled with trouble in one way or the other the moment Satan was sent into it. Ever since, man has been faced with several difficulties and calamities coming in different phases

No one else to trust for help in times of need except God himself when human effort and wisdom fails. God has never disappointed His own and whoever comes to Him for help. Surly, He is the great helper in time of needs

Sometimes whenever we are in trouble, we think God has abandoned us, or has forsaken us with our problem, and we tend to loose hope and faith of being redeemed and saved from such situations. Yet, God himself is in the middle of the storm with us, His spirit is with us, for He has promised He will not leave us nor forsake us.

Many who cried unto God for help in the past, were never disappointed, they received what they asked for according to His grace .

In 2 Kings 4:1-38, "A certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets cried out to Elisha, saying, "Your servant my husband is dead, and you know that your servant feared the Lord. And the creditor is coming to take my two sons to be his slaves."

She had no one to run to, but she ran to God, it was at the point of no hope from anywhere, as her husband has been long dead... But God who is a present help in need, sees her faith and saved her from the situation of shame and poverty.

Luke 7:11-17. Jesus went to a town called Nain, and his disciples and a large crowd went along with him. As he approached the town gate, a dead person was being carried out - the only son of his mother, and she was a widow. And a large crowd from the town was with her. When the Lord saw her, his heart went out to her and he said, "Don't cry."

Then he went up and touched the coffin, and those carrying it stood still. He said "Young man, I say to you, get up!" The dead man sat up and began to talk, and Jesus gave him back to his mother.

Just when the grave was about to welcome this young man, just when the mother has began her mourning phase of life, just when her last hope was about to be lowered to the ground, Christ came, a great helper when all hope is lost.

Did you know Christ once calms the storm, even when His disciples were so much tensed with fear, and about to die... They cried unto Him, and that instant, He calms the storm and restore peace... Mark 4:35

I don't know what you have been going through, I don't know how difficult life is for you presently, I don't know the stage of shame and reproach your life has been subjected to, I don't know the storm of life you have been battling with...

But I tell you today, if you have faith, our God, who is a great helper in times of need will turn your situation around for better, and you will laugh and rejoice again.

Are you barren? Are you sick?, are you in debt?, have you been rejected and forsaken?, is your business failing?, do you lack anything and it seems there is no hope anywhere? Have you been told to give up as there is no solution according to the knowledge of man?, are you having delay in some areas of life?

Do not fret, those are the words of man, God who is a greater helper will arise and visit you with your testimony.

Trust Him. God bless you.
