Wisdom is profitable

Ecclesiastes  10:10 If the iron be blunt, and he do not whet the edge, then must he put to more strength: but wisdom is profitable to direct.

One can have knowledge, but the ability to discern the time and application of such knowledge is wisdom. It is one thing to know what to do but another thing to know how to do it.

So many  people know what to do, others  know what is required but only a few people know how it can be done. Most time, many of God’s precious children get stranded in life and many are confused because of their lack of wisdom in their life 

Faith is essential in the life of a believer; anointing is majorly important; skill is good but wisdom is profitable to direct. You can sharpen your skills and even get bathed in oil, but without wisdom, you can be trashed in the struggle of life or battle with the devil 

If any man lacks wisdom, let him ask; nothing wavering (See James 1:5). It is time to ask in faith. God will give to every man who asks in faith. Wisdom is the principal thing; in all our getting we must strive to get wisdom (Proverbs 4:7)

Prophet Elijah was full of the power of God in which he just called down fire from above. But on receiving a threat from Jezebel, he ran for his life. This was not an act of cowardice, but wisdom. His journey would have been terminated half way. 

The same wisdom was applied at the birth of Christ, the angel appeared to Joseph to take the child to Egypt for protection. Many would have asked why the saviour of the world would be taken away because of the threat of a mear mortal, but it was wisdom from God. 

On several occasions God wish to direct his children, but self confidence and pride has allowed the enemy to overcome them. If Joseph didn't flee from potipshar's wife, he would never have gotten to the palace. 

Always key into the wisdom of God, you may have the whole of God's anointing, but if God is not asking you to engage in a matter of the spirit, don't, else you will be defeated even with your anointing. 

Commit your ways to God to receive wisdom from Him for your daily life, and you will not be lost in this world.
