God is not absent

Isaiah  43:2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

Can you count how many times someone has accused you of not being in an occasion or an event when you were actually present? How did you feel? Well that's what happen between Gideon and God.

God had always been in the event of his life, but Gideon had never for once seen Him, or known it ; a situation he confirmed in Judges 6:13,

But God was ready to counter all of his opinions, mind-set and conclusion about His absence, because God knee that it was of great importance that Video knew and believed that He, the mighty God of Israel, was with him, if he would be used of Him or fulfil his destiny.

When a Christian is not confident of God's presence, he may be unable to do exploits, those who know their God will do exploits (Dan 11:32).

The consciousness of God's presence goes a long way to give us enablement to do exploits for Him in a way far beyond our imaginations.

Sometimes the presence of trials, crises, storms and challenges want to suggest to us that God is absent, but those are lies, because God says that He will be with us and be there for us, no matter what we are passing through.

The only thing that can take God's presence away from us is so and unbelief.

Keep ways from these, and be sure of His abiding presence.
