Walk by faith
2 Corinthians 5:7 (For we walk by faith, not by sight:)
Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen, according to the scripture. Simply put, faith is like being led through a tunnel by a stranger while one is blindfolded, the trust you have in the person leading you is the faith we have and we should have in God.
Philosophy of this world is rooted in seeing before believing, but the philosophy of God which is far beyond this world that transcend to the spirit world is rooted in believing before seeing.
Once we accept Christ as our Lord and saviour, we are expected to live everyday according to God's promises, even though we cannot see them, and not according to the temporary, arbitrary things that our eyes often focus on here on earth.
Believers are not emphatically directed. Guidance by the senses will never take one beyond the limits of the material world. Only through faith can one escape the confines of this world in order to be directed in life by that which is beyond this world
God told Abraham to leave the comfort zone of his family, trade and inheritance to a place yet unseen, he actually doesn't even have a compass to show direction or the clue of where he is going, only listening to the voice of an unseen person speaking to him.
It was a stupid move to man, but to God, it was a leap of faith that Leeds to blessings and greatness.
Walking with God requires you to close your eyes and open your mind to the spirit of God, this will guarantee you of not being distracted by the physical understanding of man.
Jesus Christ called the disciples to leave all thy have and follow Him, he had no permanent homes for them, or a trade that guarantees monthly income, but he assured them, they will gain what no man who walks by sight could ever gain.
While waking with God, you will have to suspend your knowledge of philosophy, psychology, science, among others, because where their power and strength ends, that's where the power of God begins.
The faith of Abraham gave him a son even after his wife has reached menopause (Medicine cannot explain it)
The faith of Noah saved him and his household when the whole world became destroyed (Science cannot explain it)
The faith of David gave him victory over Golihat without having the knowledge of combat ( no knowledge of physics can explain how a stone from a small boy can have such force that penetrate into the skull)
The faith of Joshua made the wall of Jericho to fall flat without using a bulldozer. ( no civil engineer could explain it.)
What are you trusting God for today and it seems impossible as the knowledge of man?, close your eyes and open your mind to God, surrender yourself to Him, and let Him walk you through.
Your breakthrough is coming, don't be distracted by what you see or feel or told by man, fix your mind unto Jesus Christ and testimony shall be yours.
