Garment without blemish

Ecclesiastes  9:8 Let thy garments be always white; and let thy head lack no ointment.

In the Bible, clothing is often used as a symbol of righteousness and purity. When we put on a garment without blemish, we are making a statement about our commitment to living a life that is pleasing to God. We are showing the world that we have been cleansed of our sins and that we are striving to live a life that is pure and holy.

But what does it mean to have a garment without blemish? It means that we are living a life that is free from sin and corruption. It means that we are striving to be like Christ, who was without sin. It means that we are constantly working to remove any imperfections from our lives, so that we can be a reflection of God's holiness to the world.

This is not an easy task. It requires us to be vigilant in our pursuit of righteousness. It requires us to constantly examine ourselves and to seek the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It requires us to be humble and to acknowledge our weaknesses and failures, so that we can learn from them and grow.

But the reward for this effort is great. When we wear a garment without blemish, we are a powerful witness to the world. We show others what it means to live a life that is pleasing to God. We inspire others to pursue righteousness and holiness. We become a shining example of God's love and grace to those around us.

So let us heed the words of Ecclesiastes 9 verse 8, and let our garments always be white. Let us strive to live a life that is free from sin and corruption. Let us be a reflection of God's holiness to the world, so that others may see our good works and glorify our Father in heaven. Only those whose garments are without blemish will reign with Christ on the kingdom of God to come.

God bless you
