His promises will come to pass
Joshua 21:45
Every good thing the Lord had promised them came true.
God's promises is the declaration or assurance which God has given in his word of bestowing blessings on his people.
Has the Lord made promise unto you before?, has He declared He will do something for you or your family through visions, dreams and words from the mouth of His prophets?
Has anyone Been delayed?, have you been waiting and it seems they will.never come to pass?, have you lost hope and given up on them?
Today I want to encourage you, that God's promises always come to pass and His promises concerning your life will come to pass also
God promised Abram a seed that will even the seed will eventually becomes a nation... He never failed, He fulfilled His promise made to him... Genesis 21:1 And the LORD visited Sarah as he had said, and the LORD did unto Sarah as he had spoken. 21:2 For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.
In same way God fulfilled His.promise concerning Joseph, just as He promised Him in visions that he will become the head and a great man... Despite all struggle on the way, God fulfilled His promise by making him the prime monster in a foreign land. (Genesis 41:39-45)
As God has done it before He can and will do it again because He has never failed in the past.
Many of us only think God is not capable of fulfilling His promises because it delays, and in that proses will loose hope.
Two things can delay God's promises over our life...
1. Sin.
Sin is the barrier that stands between God and man, the Bible says whoever that sin is of the devil... 1 John 3:8 He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
God will never fulfil His promise on those that commit sin, His promises becomes pending till the time they come out of sin and repent from all their transgressions.
2. The waiting time.
Some promises of God are set to come to pass at a certain time, our misconception of His word might make us think it suppose to be now, whereas it is latter... So God initiate a waiting time.
The waiting time is a time God takes to work out everything for our own good, you may want it instantly but God sometimes will delay it in other to put some things in place... All for our favour.
God kept Joseph in prison in other to perfect the way before launching Him to the Palace
God told the disciples to wait at the upper room for the promise of the Father to come upon them.
We can never know how long or how short the waiting time will be, all we have to do is wait, while He leads us on instructions and plans that will launch us into our destiny.
Brethren, whatever God has promised you, in the past, present and even time to come... Have faith and believe it will come to pass as long as you stay in His Will and wait for the right time.

Prayer key
1. Lord, thank you for another day like this in Jesus Christ name.
2. Lord, forgive me every sin delaying your promises for my life in Jesus Christ name.
3. Lord, help me to wait patiently for your promises to come to pass in my life in Jesus Christ name.
4. Thank you for answered prayers in Jesus Christ name. Amen.
