True Worshipper

John  4:23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.  4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Jesus continue His teaching to the samaritan woman who He met at the well about the true worship and true worshippers, as opposed to the worship of the samaritans who did not know  whom they worshiped, and the Jews who worshiped after the traditions of the fathers, the time was coming when true worshipers would worship God after the spirit and according to the  knowledge of the one true God.

This is not a  worship that is generated by the uncontrolled outburst of emotionally misguided people. Jesus is speaking of worship that comes from within the individual as opposed to the ritualistic or ceremonial worship of the samaritans and Jews.

Jesus came to reinstitute true worship that did not depend on the location of the worshiper, or the ceremonies through which one went through in order to inspire worship. The worship He was bringing would be according to the word of God and from the heart of men. This will eventually qualifies one as a true Worshipper.

God does not accept worship that is invented after either traditions of men or the uncontrolled outburst of emotionally hysterical people

True worshiper are those who are regenerated by the word and spirit of God, whose life is founded in the truth of God's will. Only they can be categorised as true worshippers because their worship comes from the heart and not from their emotional state of the mind.

Are you a true worshiper today?, a true Worshipper is not someone who lives a life of sin or deceit, not an hypocrite, but someone whose life is divinely motivated and directed.

You can only be a true Worshipper when your life is true with God.

God bless you
