It is not God's Will

Jeremiah  29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

The God we serve is a God of love, and peace. He cares for His creation and will not subject anyone to suffering without a cause.

Several times we tend to relate a situation in our life to the Will of God, whereas it is not.

It was not the will of God for Adam and Eve to leave the garden of Eden, but they themselves choses the parth of exit through their disobedient to the will of God. How will was for them to live forever in the garden.

Likewise it was not His will for the children of Israelite to become slaves in a strange land, but because of the misdeeds of Abraham, God pronounced their slave master and number of years they will serve.

Prophet Jeremiah wrote a letter to the residues which were carried away to babylon, according to the words of God. He affirm God's word that the thoughts He had for them were of peace and not of evil. meanwhile it was their sin that got them into captives.

What are you going through today and you labelled it "The Will of God", is it truly the will of God or your disobedience to God's word?

When some things happen to us, instead to seek understanding to it, we try to shy away, believe we are faithful and accept it is the will of God.

Gehazi wouldn't have become a leaper, or his path lost among the prophets, I believe His fourth generation would say it is the will of God for them to be a leaper... No, it isn't, it was the covetousness of their great grandfather.

Check your life today, God has good plans for everyone, but your actions towards His direction will determine your situation.

Ask yourself, what you are going through now, is it  truly God's will?

Stay blessed.
