Cut it down

Luke  13:7 Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground?

This was one of the parable of Jesus Christ about a fruitless fig tree, after it was dressed for almost three years it suppose to bring forth fruit. 

The owner was tired, He needed no time again to waste on a tree that gives no satisfaction to the owner, so He ordered it should be cut down, that why should it occupy space which should have  been used for something profitable. 

God himself is the owner of the vine, Jesus Christ is the dresser, you are the fruitless tree... The land you occupy is the grace and mercy of God. 

Fruitfulness is a must in the kingdom of God, as you have been saved into the body of Christ, you are expected to grow daily and bear fruits for Him. 

Fruits of  love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance, soul wining etc are expected from you, but instead, you remain barren and takes the grace of God for granted. 

Jesus has been dressing your life with all forms of spiritual gifts, mercy and grace, but instead for God to find fruits on you, He found nothing, 

He has showered your life with spiritual gifts which is expected to bring souls into the kingdom of God, but instead you hide it just like the unfaithful servant 

For many years you have occupied the land, for many years you have been growing yet without fruit. 

For how long will Jesus Christ plead over your fruitlessness? 

For how long will Jesus pour His grace on you, when  you give nothing in return? 

For how long will He mourn your disobedience, waiting for your change of heart? 

You take the grace of God in vein
You take the mercy of God for granted. 

If God is rich in long-suffering, He doesn't have a long time to waste on a fruitless tree like you 

God has started to cut many down, and planted others who will bear fruits for Him and give Him joy at the end. 

Start bearing fruit for God else He cuts you down unexpectedly. 

Don't be a "profitable for Nothing" believer. 

God doesn't have time to waste anymore. 

Repent when you still can. 

Prayer key:

1. Lord, thank you for a day like this in Jesus name. 

2. Lord, I'm sorry for not bearing fruits for you all this while 

3. Lord, do not cut me down yet, as I will be bearing fruit for you in Jesus name. 

4. Thank you for answered prayer in Jesus Christ name. Amen.
