Walk as children of light

Ephesians  5:8 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:

As believers, we are called to walk as children of light, to embody the virtues of righteousness, truth, and love in all aspects of our lives.

 Light illuminates darkness, revealing truth and dispelling shadows. In a world often shrouded in moral ambiguity and spiritual confusion, we are called to be beacons of light, shining brightly with the truth of God's word and the love of Christ.

Jesus Christ is the one who has come to enlightened the world concerning salvation so we do not walk in the darkness of death. He is the one through whom the abundant life can be attained, and through whom one can find his way back to God. John  8:12 Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. 

By obedience to the teachings of Christ, one can thus walk in the light and be in fellowship with God. Therefore, if one will obey Christ, he will have  light in a world of darkness by which to guide his way unto eternal salvation. In anyway thereof, Jesus Christ is the light of the world. 

Because believers in Christ has accepted the light that shines through Jesus in their lives, they are a light of hope to a world that is lost in darkness. Their living after Jesus, who was the light of the world, identifies them to be of God. Ephesians  5:8 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light: 

Living after the godly principles is an act of reflecting the light of Christ in us as believers to the World full of darkness. By reflecting our light wherever we go will give hope to those who desire an escape from the world that is in the bondage of darkness. Matthew  5:14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. 

In the darkness of evil in the world, walk in the light of the goodness of God. 

In the darkness of sexual immoralities, walk  the light of sexual purity and bed undefiled. 

In the  darkness of hatred in the world, walk in  the light of the love of God. 

In the darkness of war, troubles and conflicts in the world, walk in the light of the  peace of God. 

In the darkness of corruption and fraudulent conduct, reflect the light of honesty, integrity, decency and Virtuousness. 

In the darkness of lies and deceits in the world, reflect the light of God's truth. 

Reflect Jesus Christ the source of light, He is the way, show the world the way to salvation, He is the truth, show the world the truth of His Word, His is the life, let the world eat from the bread of life.... By inviting them to Jesus Christ. 

You are the light that should shine in the darkness of this world, don't be afraid to walk as children of light wherever you find yourself, Christ in you is the hope of the glory of God.
