Don't fail your test of faith

Romans  1:17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. Faith is the complete trust, confidence or strong belief in someone or something based on spiritual conviction rather than proof. Faith is the connecting power into the spiritual realm, which links us with God and makes Him become a tangible reality to the sense perceptions of a person. Faith is the basic ingredient to begin a relationship with God. Our God is a spirit, and those that will serve Him must  serve Him in spirit. The spiritual tool of serving God is  faith.  Different from our senses of reasoning, being faithful to God goes beyond being expectant of something from Him, it goes beyond mouth confession, it goes beyond convenient religious activities... Through this, God test our faith in Him on several occasions to proof our loyalty to His words, power and promises. Having faith in God is not believing that He can do it alone, ...

Why thinking of committing Suicide?

Psalms  30:5 For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning. Suicide is the act of intentionally causing one's own death which is cause by mental health problems, bullying or discrimination, different types of abuse( including domestic, sexual or physical abuse) , bereavement(including losing a loved one to suicide) , the end of a relationship,  long-term physical pain or illness,  money problem(debt or lack) , failure or loneliness and many more  Suicide thoughts come when you have concluded there is no way out of such problem, you feel hopless and helpless, you see yourself as worthless in this world after experiencing depression.  Suicidal feelings can affect anyone, of any age, gender or background, at any time.  Many has thought of suicide to be an escape route out of present predicament and find peace in after life, but they do not know that suicide is a murder case to oneself ...

Brindle your whole Body 2 {Heart : The sit for all thoughts}

Mark 7:20-23  And He said, What comes out of a man is what makes a man unclean and renders [him] unhallowed. [21]For from within, [that is] out of the hearts of men, come base and wicked thoughts, sexual immorality, stealing, murder, adultery, [22]Coveting (a greedy desire to have more wealth), dangerous and destructive wickedness, deceit; unrestrained (indecent) conduct; an evil eye (envy), slander (evil speaking, malicious misrepresentation, abusiveness), pride (the sin of an uplifted heart against God and man), foolishness (folly, lack of sense, recklessness, thoughtlessness). [23]All these evil [purposes and desires] come from within, and they make the man unclean and render him unhallowed. In continuation of yesterday's teaching, the Lord is taking us through another area of the body today, which is the heart... The heart of man is like the processing unit of all man's actions, it defines the totality of man. The heart of man is a secret place where all thoughts, acti...

Brindle your whole Body 1 {Tongue and Belly}

James 3:2 [2]For we all often stumble and fall and offend in many things. And if anyone does not offend in speech [never says the wrong things], he is a fully developed character and a perfect man, able to control his whole body and to curb his entire nature.(AMP) To bridle oneself is to restrain from certain things, or to control the manner through which something is done... A typical example is the way a horse's movement is being controlled by putting a bridle on it. In like manner as a believer who has been redeemed through the precious blood of Christ Jesus, we are expected to bridle our whole body so as not to fall into temptation or be guilty of sin. Apostle James teaches the need to put caution to everything we do so as to faithfully and consciously represent Christ in our daily living and ultimately reign with God in eternity. Two areas of life will be considered today. 1. Tongue Proverbs  18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat ...

Be mindful of who u rely on

Jeremiah  17:5 Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD. At some point in life as humans we rely on something for survival, our hope is founded by those whom we trust and believe could save us from one problem or the other. But the question is, who do you ultimately rely on? Yourself? Your family? Your Church? Your government? Your bank account? Your friends? Or do you rely on God? Considering the scenario that happens between King Saul, Goliahat and Little boy David in  1Samuel chapter 17 King Saul was greatly afraid after Goliahat pulled a challenge... 1 Samuel  17:10 And the Philistine said, I defy the armies of Israel this day; give me a man, that we may fight together.  17:11 When Saul and all Israel heard those words of the Philistine, they were dismayed, and greatly afraid. Despite all the military artilleries of Israel, despite the knowledge and understanding of war. All the...
