God's mighty judgement

Deuteronomy  6:20 And when thy son asketh thee in time to come, saying, What mean the testimonies, and the statutes, and the judgments, which the LORD our God hath commanded you?  6:21 Then thou shalt say unto thy son, We were Pharaoh's bondmen in Egypt; and the LORD brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand:  6:22 And the LORD shewed signs and wonders, great and sore, upon Egypt, upon Pharaoh, and upon all his household, before our eyes:  6:23 And he brought us out from thence, that he might bring us in, to give us the land which he sware unto our fathers.

In these verses above , we witness the recounting of the Israelites' deliverance from bondage, emphasizing the profound judgment of God against the oppressor, Pharaoh. It serves as a testament to God's justice, power, and faithfulness.

God's judgment is always purposeful and just. In the narrative of the Exodus, we see a demonstration of God's mighty hand, bringing forth plagues and wonders to secure the liberation of His people. This reveals the divine balance between mercy and judgment, as God fulfills His promises while holding the wicked accountable for their actions.

As a believer,  let us consider the relevance of God's mighty judgment in our lives today. We live In a world filled with sin and injustice, but we can take solace in knowing that our God is a God of justice.

Just as He delivered the Israelites from the hands of Pharaoh, God is present to deliver us from the oppression of sin and the consequences of our transgressions.

Yet, we must not forget the responsibility that comes with this knowledge. Just as the Israelites were called to obey God's commandments, we are called to live righteous lives in accordance with His Word. The awareness of God's mighty judgment should motivate us to walk in obedience, aligning our lives with His statutes and testimonies.

In conclusion, let us be reminded that God's mighty judgment is a reflection of His love and righteousness. As we navigate the complexities of life, may we find comfort in the assurance that our God is just, and His judgements are true. Let us strive to live in obedience, embracing the freedom and deliverance He provides, just as the Israelites experienced in the Exodus.

God bless you.
