Be not unwise

Ephesians  5:15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,  5:16 Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.  5:17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.

Wisdom goes beyond mere knowledge or intelligence; it involves discernment, understanding, and the ability to apply knowledge in practical ways. As believers, we are called to be wise not just in our spiritual lives, but in every aspect of our existence.

The world around us presents numerous opportunities and challenges, both personally and within our communities. It is essential for us to seize these opportunities and use them wisely. We cannot afford to be passive or ignorant of the times we live in. Each day, we are presented with chances to make a difference, to demonstrate God's love, and to advance His kingdom. Let us not squander these opportunities but instead embrace them with wisdom and faith.

Apostle Paul emphasizes the importance of understanding the will of the Lord. In a world that bombards us with diverse messages and ideologies, it is crucial for us to discern God's will and align our lives with it. We cannot walk in wisdom if we are ignorant of God's desires for our lives and His purposes for the world.

To understand God's will, we must delve into His Word, the Bible. Scripture is the divine revelation that illuminates our path and provides us with guidance. Through prayer, meditation, and seeking the Holy Spirit's leading, we can gain a deeper understanding of God's will and purpose. Let us be diligent students of the Word and open our hearts to receive His direction.

Time is a precious gift that God has entrusted to us. Every moment presents an opportunity for us to bring glory to God and impact the lives of others. Paul encourages us to make the most of our time, for it is a finite resource that should not be wasted.

When we embrace the wisdom that comes from understanding God's will, we are better equipped to make wise choices and prioritize our time accordingly. We are called to be good stewards of the time we have been given, using it to pursue righteousness, love, and the expansion of God's kingdom.

In conclusion, let us seize every opportunity to make a difference, seeking God's will in all that we do. By doing so, we can live purposeful lives, bringing light to a dark world and glorifying our Heavenly Father.

God bless you.
